All sales are final and subject to our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Policy [LINK].
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Approved issues are resolved through replacement or store credit only.

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier:

  • Ownership and risk pass to the customer
  • Customers are responsible for tracking and timely retrieval

Due to the live nature of our products:

  • Delays, extreme temperatures, or unattended deliveries may impact survival
  • Failure to retrieve a package promptly may void eligibility under our Live Arrival Guarantee

SECTION 6 – LIVE ANIMAL POLICY (LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE)

Moore & More Bugs sells live insects. By purchasing, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping live animals.

We guarantee live arrival under the following conditions:

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims must include clear photos of the insects and original packaging
  • Orders must be retrieved promptly upon delivery

The following may void the guarantee:

  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Improper handling after delivery

Approved claims will be resolved through:

  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Store credit

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site is owned by Moore & More Bugs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without permission.
