Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

To protect the health of live insects, we only ship on:

  • Monday
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday

Orders placed later in the week may be held until the next shipping window to avoid weekend delays.


Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (or equivalent carrier).

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days, but is not guaranteed.


Live Arrival Responsibility

Due to the live nature of our products, timely delivery is critical.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring tracking information
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package
  • Retrieving packages immediately after delivery

Failure to do so may void eligibility under our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG).


Delays and Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Packages delayed, lost, or mishandled in transit

Once an order is handed to the carrier, it is outside of our control.


Weather Conditions

Extreme temperatures can impact live delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Weather conditions may affect insect survival
  • You accept the risks associated with shipping live animals

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to retrieve the package

The order may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
