What do We Sell?

We specialize in isopods, springtails, feeder insects, and bioactive supplies. Everything is home-raised in small-batch, pesticide-free cultures.

When will I get my order?

We ship live orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

What if my package is delayed?

Delays can happen. Your Live Arrival Guarantee remains valid as long as you follow our LAG requirements, including being present for delivery.

What is your Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)?

We guarantee your insects arrive alive under the following conditions:

  • The package is brought indoors within 1 hour of delivery
  • You provide unboxing photos/videos within 2 hours of delivery
  • You selected the recommended shipping method for your weather

When will I get my order?

If the LAG conditions are met, we provide a free replacement or store credit.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Do you refund or reship if something arrives dead?

Some colonies are still maturing. We only sell once production is stable so customers receive healthy, high-quality cultures — never rushed starter stock.

Can I preorder?

At this time, we do not take preorders. You can click “Notify Me” on any product to get an instant email when it restocks.

Where do We Ship?

We are based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and ship throughout the continental U.S.

Do you offer Wholesale?

Wholesale will become available once our colonies reach scalable production. Contact us if you’re a retailer interested in early discussion.
